Sandlot Parking

This program was initiated in 1997 by LDMD and others as a low-cost alternative to premium parking rates closer to the core of the CBD.

Now in its third location, the lot is located within walking distance of many employers, and is on the Main Street Trolley route for those who wish to ride.

  • Monthly cost: $35
  • Hours: 6:30 am - 6:30 pm (ballgames begin at 7:00 pm; during the season parkers must leave the lot by 6:30 pm)
  • Lot condition: Paved, fenced, and lighted
  • It's a Walk! to major downtown employers
